PDB....Hmmmm...

Crystal structure of the N-terminal LAGLIDADG domain of DUF199/WhiA
(TRYPSIN 3-D STRUCTURAL MOLECULE)
PDB??what is that??it is the protein data bank..this pdb is a repository for the 3-D structural data of large biological molecules..molecules??hmmm..proteins or nucleic acids are the good example i think..okay..so back to our topic..all these data are obtained by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and submitted by biologists and biochemists..easy right??pdb is one of the most important thing that we should know..a lot of benefit we can get from it..for example if we are looking for the trypsin molecule..no need for us to being worried because by using this pdb,we canget all the data about trypsin such as data description, data summary and also data query..don't be surprise because with this pdb,we can view its molecular structural in 3-D structural..looks so beautiful..and we also should know that this pdb is always being updated weekly..
